Bonehead Composites is an industry leader in composite aerospace technology specializing in products for extreme sports.
The company began in 1998 after owner Christopher Frisella realized his need for a reliable camera helmet with enhanced functionality and design. Bonehead opened its doors in Perris, CA with a vision for supplying you with a superior product and turned it into fruition with an improved manufacturing process using cutting edge materials.
Our 10,000 square foot facilities utilize today’s technology and houses our computer controlled Autoclave, conveyer cutting table, and robotic arm. This results in a better product with increased production and delivery times.
We offer our line of open and full face helmets for military and civilian skydiving worldwide. In addition, we manufacture various components for other companies and provide services for short and long term production runs, prototyping (FDM), bulk table cutting and pattern digitizing, routering and tooling.
