Our
parts are made by hand lay-up (a process where the fabric
is cut and applied to molds using
epoxy resin). Parts made using this process
are cured by a combination of heat, pressure, vacuum and inert
atmosphere.
We start by placing the parts into a plastic, temperature
resistant bag and into the computer controlled Autoclave
(pictured). A vacuum is applied to the bag to remove air and
volatile products. The autoclave is sealed. The computer
controls the heat, pressure and cure time. The result of this
process is a lightweight yet strong product.

Our Autoclave makes our products superior to the rest
and is the mainstay of our manufacturing process. |
